Our fire door inspections cover door leaves, frames, gaps, seals, hinges, glazing, hardware and self-closing devices, with clear photographic reporting and practical recommendations to support ongoing fire door compliance and maintenance.

Through our fire stopping inspections, we review penetration seals, service openings, batt and mastic seals, pipe collars, wraps and linear joints to help verify that compartmentation is correctly maintained around building services.

For fire-rated partitions and ceiling systems, we assess wall-head details, board construction, joints, fixings and interfaces to help confirm whether fire-resisting construction remains continuous, correctly installed and suitably evidenced.

We review fire-rated ductwork, fire dampers, smoke dampers, access hatches, supports and duct penetrations, helping identify issues that may affect compartmentation, smoke control or fire resistance performance.

We inspect fire-rated glazing, glazed screens, vision panels, frames, beads, seals and perimeter details to help verify that fire-resisting glazed systems remain complete, correctly installed and supported by suitable evidence.

As a UKAS accredited inspection provider, we support defined passive fire protection inspection scopes with independent reporting, helping project teams review installation quality, evidence records, defects and close-out requirements.

Where engineering judgements, assessed details or remediation proposals are being considered, we can review the evidence route, identify limitations and help define suitable next steps for project close-out.

For protected steelwork, we inspect and review beams, columns, connections and interfaces where fire resistance is provided by intumescent coatings, board encasement, spray-applied products or hybrid fire protection details.

Across the UK, we inspect fire stopping details including penetration seals, risers, shaft wall interfaces, linear joints and service openings, with evidence-led reporting to support remediation, handover and Regulation 38 records.

During RIBA Stage 5, we help project teams define inspection hold points, inspect passive fire protection works before closure and capture evidence before key details become concealed.
